SEC Account Briefs: a cited brief per company, US$0.35 with your key or US$0.50 managed
Turn a company's SEC filings into a decision-ready account brief: recent material events, leadership changes, financial signals, and risks — every sentence cited to an 8-K item with a sec.gov link. No-AI, bring-your-own-key, or managed modes.
The experiment
- Hypothesis: evidence-linked account synthesis produces higher contribution per run.
- Target user: sales, account-research, and investment-research teams.
- Price: US$0.35 per brief with your own model key, US$0.50 per brief managed. Provisional until the private test decides, before either mode is public.
- Depends on SEC Event Intelligence: the brief is built from its events.
The citation rule
In managed mode the sentences are the model's words, but a sentence without a citation to evidence in the same section is rejected, and a section whose sentences are all rejected falls back to extractive text. The managed acceptance run stayed under the cap the input allows.

Limits — please read
- Coverage follows the SEC Event Intelligence watchlist (21 large US filers today, refreshed nightly). A company not enrolled yields an empty brief that says so.
- Evidence is the 8-K item section, not the exhibits. Earnings numbers, for example, live in the press-release exhibit; the brief will tell you results were announced and link the filing, not restate the figures.
- Sections with no evidence stay empty. The brief never fills a gap with outside knowledge.
- Model usage is reported in the brief's own output, separately for BYOK and managed, and never blended with the brief price.
